What is the Damage to Rented Premise Limit?
Your General Liability policy includes a $300,000 limit for damage to rented premises. This provides coverage when you damage a space you rent temporarily (no more than 7 days) under the scope of normal operations. An example of this is if a barbell damages the wall of a leased space during a competition.
If you would like to increase your limit, we can provide a limit of $1,000,000 for an additional $250. Please let us know if you are interested and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
Your General Liability policy also has a $1,000,000 per occurrence coverage limit. Should you damage a space you lease more permanently (more than 7 days), this limit would apply.
