I'm moving. What do I do now?

In order to complete an address change, please email us the following information.  

• What is the date of your move?
• Are you moving from a home-based garage to a commercial facility, or vice versa?
• If you will be purchasing equipment for your new location, do you want to increase your property insurance limit?  If so, what is the new TOTAL amount of coverage you would like? 
• What is your full NEW address?
• Will the new address be used as the mailing address also, or is it ONLY the premises?
• Does your new landlord require a certificate of insurance?  If so, please provide the entity name and full address of your new landlord.

Once responses are received we provide revised documentation within two business days.
