I'm doing an off-site event and need a certificate. What do I do?
Don't worry, we process these requests all the time. Please send us an email with the following information:
- What is the name, date and location of your event?
- What is the full name of the additional insured as they would like it to appear on the certificate?
- What is the full mailing address of the additional insured as they would like it to appear on the certificate?
- What is the relationship between yourself and the person requesting the certificate?
Once we have the required information we can provide the certificate within two business days.
