Do I need an AED in my box?

The laws regarding AEDs vary in each state. The RRG has worked with AED Superstore, an AED service provider, as a contact for our members. They can discuss your state's specific regulations with you.  If you prefer, you can also review your state laws via their website here.

The CrossFit RRG currently extends a 2% discount on your annual Liability policy if your gym has an AED on-site and your coaches have been trained on how to properly use the device. This is seen as a best practice for our members and helps manage risk to keep our insurance premium low for the CrossFit Community.
