What do I need to do if I am considering an unpaid intern program?

It's important to review the federal regulations involved in running an unpaid intern program. With regard to your CrossFit RRG policy, if you decide to implement an unpaid intern program you don’t need to tell us and there is no additional charge.  All volunteers are automatically covered by your policy when acting within the scope of their duties for your organization.
